The Duathlon consists of a 3.1 mile run then a 12-mile bike ride and ends with another 2 mile run. Many participate in this event as teams of 2 or 3, but this event can also be done solo. The 5k is 3.1-mile race on a mix of trails and paved roads in Cook Forest.[...]
