Join us for the Cook Forest Vacation Bureau’s – Snowman in the Forest , February 17th at 11:30am to 2:30pm! Snowman in the Forest is a family event held annually at the Cook Forest Ice Skating Pond along the Clarion River on River Road featuring winter activities such as skating, sledding, carriage rides, hiking, along with a visit from Smokey the Bear, chili cook-off, happy dog contest and more!

Snowman in the Forest Contest Rules:
Build a snowman in any sponsor’s location, from the first snowfall of the season to the last snowfall in February. Have the sponsor take a picture of you and your snowman and it will be entered in the contest and displayed on our Facebook/Website: www.CookForest.org.

11:00am- Arrival for Chili Entries/Judging for Chili Cook Off

11:30am-Chili Cook-off  Hot or Mild

12:00pm-Snow Shoe Hike with DCNR

11:30am-2:30pm Carriage Rides,sledding,Ice Skating, Games and More!!

1:00pm-Happy Dog Contest

2:00pm Door Prizes!
