Please meet at the Park Office for a strenuous hike through the finest tall old growth hemlock stand north of the Smokies. We will be visiting both the magnificent Mohawk and Seneca Hemlocks, some of the tallest and largest known hemlocks in the Northeast, as well as viewing 160-170ft tall white pines.

Please bring your flashlights & headlamps and meet at the Cooksburg Café along River Road, 0.1mile up-river from the RT36 Cooksburg Bridge, for a leisurely stroll along the river enjoying local Hershey’s ice-cream and hopefully taking in an evening serenade from our resident screech owls.
